Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Mindful Echo app (“the App”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Wellness disclaimer
Mindful Echo provides meditation, relaxation and sleep content for general well-being only. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have a health condition, consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Do not listen to meditation or sleep content while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that requires your full attention.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and stream its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share quote images through the App's share feature for personal, non-commercial use with attribution intact. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly perform the audio content.
4. Content and availability
Content is streamed over the internet and may change, be added or be removed at any time. An internet connection is required and data charges from your provider may apply. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising. Third-party ads are the responsibility of the advertiser.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, audio, artwork and quote images are owned by BlueFireLab or its licensors and are protected by law. Quote authors are credited where known.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and BlueFireLab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
